On March 18, 2022, BEARTRIP was officially certified as an “Airline Retailing Maturity” Seller by the IATA ARM index Program.
Airline Retailing Maturity Index certification further upgrades the standards of airline digital retailing capabilities. From three previously independent rules and certificates: NDC, One Order, and Settlement with Order, IATA now evaluates the industry players with this newly released ARM Index standard, which aims to accelerate the transparency of aviation retail services further and provide drive for the industry’s new retail transformation.

“ARM Index qualification is an important milestone for us. We are very proud to become one of the very few sellers globally that have this capability.
NDC inititiave is driving more opportunities to serve passenger-centric offerings. As a consolidator, we could deepen our digital retailing role by integrating robust content from our airline partners. Both technical connectivity and service quality are critical so that we could create more value in the supply chain. BEARTRIP is a strong believer in the air supply chain digitalization and commitment to its development.”
